HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works collaboratively with key stakeholders and across corporate functions to add value to business decisions in support of the business goals, to develop solutions from the outset of an initiative, and to support the manager of risk. In this generalist role, the HRBP will implement initiatives, and advise, coach and guide and partner with managers throughout the employment lifecycle.
The post holder will have the ability to maintain an organised, timely and proactive approach to routine and ad hoc deliverables in a fast-paced environment with changeable priorities. The HRBP will furthermore demonstrate the ability to provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees at all levels, and utilise strong business logic, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills to provide sound professional guidance across HR disciplines.
