256 Field Hospital & UCLPartners Research and Innovation Conference

One day conference explores research and innovation in civilian and military medicine.

256 (City of London) Field Hospital, in partnership with UCLPartners, present an one-day conference exploring health service research and innovation in civilian and military medicine. We will be sharing experiences, innovations, research and best practice across the civilian and military healthcare spheres, with a network of expert speakers and delegates from diverse medical backgrounds.

Speakers include General Tim Hodgetts (the Surgeon General) and Brigadier Toby Rowland (Head of the Defence Medical Academy), as well as civilian partners ranging from Professor Karim Brohi, Professor of Trauma Sciences and Clinical Director for Major Trauma in London, to medical innovation scientist Dr Hannah Sophia delivering a talk on “The 2050 Warrior – The Bionic Soldier, six million dollar man and RoboCop”.

The poster presentation prize is supported by BMJ Military Health.
