UCLPartners launches new quality improvement clinics

18 September 2017

UCLPartners is now offering quality improvement (QI) clinics to provide one-to-one support to people who are running QI projects in health and social care settings.

Having worked together with our partners in primary and secondary care in developing improvement expertise, we are now extending our quality improvement offer to support teams and individuals to move forward with their improvement projects by providing tailored and relevant improvement advice.

A member of our team can help you overcome challenges to driving improvement, such as:

  • Getting started
  • Planning tests of change
  • Defining measures, collecting data and analysing variation
  • Achieving engagement and buy-in from colleagues

Does this sound like the level of support you need to deliver your QI project?

The one hour clinics are designed for anyone working in health and care organisations within the UCLPartners region who would like support with their quality improvement project work. If your organisation is not part of UCLPartners’ region, please get in touch on QI@uclpartners.com.
