SBRI Healthcare announces funding support of over £1,000,000 to develop new technologies in two key areas

SBRI Healthcare will be supporting 12 organisations to develop new technologies to support positive mental health treatment and to extend surgical capability and efficiency.

Seven organisations will be sharing £700k of investment, companies that have all demonstrated the potential of their innovations to help alleviate the current pressures on mental health services and support positive mental health.

Five organisations will be sharing £405k of investments. Under the overall theme of Technology in Surgery, these innovations were sought in two categories; pre-operative simulation, and assisting surgical procedures
