Supporting partner innovations

We support our NHS partners to develop, implement and share innovations.

Our Enterprise team offer a wide range of services to our NHS partner organisations. Our partner organisations include NHS trusts, ICS’, academia and research and development partners. 

How we can support  

  • Signposting to funding: We can direct you to local and national funding opportunities offering investment at all stages of product and service development. 
  • Market research/horizon scan: We can carry out targeted searches of innovative projects for potential solutions to pressing health and care challenges. 
  • Discovery: We will support our academic partners to identify a problem and develop early innovations. By managing these relationships, we will track the pipeline of research and translation, identifying promising solutions as early as possible. 
  • Spread and adoption Following successful local implementation, we will support its spread across the region and nationally to benefit patients. We have access to other innovation networks in secondary and acute care, primary and community care and mental health, who may be interested in the work you have done 

We are passionate about sharing learnings with other interested NHS partners and stakeholders. Part of this support is about celebrating your efforts, and we would like to promote the implementation process and story as and when appropriate.
