We are developing a faculty to deliver Talking Prognosis and DNACPR training for acute, community and primary care settings across our region.

We worked with pharmacy providers across London, Luton, Hertfordshire, and Essex to deliver innovative ways to ensure patients get support with their medicines when they leave hospital.

We are working with Care City, North East London Foundation Trust, Essex Partnership University Trust, University College London and xim Ltd. to test new technology for the contactless monitoring of patient’s vital signs.

UCLPartners worked with North London Partners to evaluate the temporary changes to paediatric services in North Central London (NCL) during autumn and winter 2020/21.

To support the integration of mental healthcare within acute hospital settings, UCLPartners has developed the UCLPartners Integration Matrix which can be used to assess the maturity of integration between mental and physical healthcare services.

Thrive Pathways is a programme of work that is aimed at improving mental health outcomes and creating the conditions for prevention-based care by accelerating the application of innovation and research to close the treatment gap in children and young people’s mental health care.

Our Connecting for Change programme aims to build academic-NHS collaborations to produce actionable evidence needed to accelerate net zero healthcare. 

We are supporting primary care teams across our partnership and are providing proactive care frameworks based on new pathway development, virtual consultations, digital solutions and optimal use of the wider primary care team.
