NHS Innovation Accelerator – apply from 17 June

27 May 2016

Following the huge success of the first year of the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) we are pleased to announce that NIA 2016 will open for applications from healthcare innovators on Friday 17 June 2016.

Every year, the NIA looks for the best national and international healthcare innovators.

In its first year, the 17 fellows who joined the programme received support to take their high impact innovations to more than 60 NHS organisations, raising over £8m in funding.  To date, these innovations have benefited more than three million patients.

If you have a proven innovation that will improve health outcomes and give patients access to the latest products, services and/or technology please register your interest by emailing us.

Alternatively, look out for details of how to apply via the NHS England website from 17 June.

The NIA is hosted by UCLPartners in partnership with NHS England and in collaboration with the country’s Academic Health Science Networks.
