NHS Innovation Accelerator pledges to share learning and experiences via Fab Change Day webinar
The NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) will host a one-off webinar in October as part of a Fab Change Day pledge to share their learnings and experiences as to how to scale innovations across the NHS.
Taking place on 19 October, the webinar – ‘Accelerating Innovation: shared learnings from the NIA’ – will feature current NIA Fellows from the first-year cohort. Sharing their personal and professional experiences, the Fellows will provide real life case studies of the barriers and enablers to scaling and increasing the uptake of evidence-based, tried and tested innovations across the NHS. It is hoped that by sharing this learning, the NIA can help to inspire and support others working in this area.
This Fab Change Day pledge echoes the ongoing commitment of the NIA to share examples and learnings as to how NHS organisations can implement innovation in their organisations. Through this sharing of information and resources, the NIA aims to help create the conditions and cultural change necessary for proven innovations to be adopted faster and more systematically through the NHS for patient benefit.
