Laks Khangura joins as new Finance Director

Laks Khangura has joined UCLPartners as our new Finance Director.

Laks brings over twenty years of executive and non-executive board level experience specialising in healthcare, across the full spectrum of NHS Services (Commissioning, Community, Mental Health, Primary Care and Outsourcing – Teleradiology).

Laks was previously CEO of FedBucks, the GP Federation in Buckinghamshire, where he led the organisation from a start-up to being a significant player in the Buckinghamshire Integrated Care System.

He is a fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University.
