The approach
Safety in healthcare has traditionally focused on avoiding harm by learning from error. This approach may miss opportunities to learn from excellent practice. We believe that studying excellence in healthcare can create new opportunities for learning and improving team resilience. Furthermore showing appreciation to colleagues cultivates a positive workplace.
Whether you are keen to spread “Learning from Excellence” further within your organisation, or want to know how to get started, we’d like to hear from you.
