Kate Petts
Kate is the Managing Director of the Health Alliance, leading and co-ordinating the delivery of the Alliance’s strategy and work programmes as well as managing key stakeholder relationships both within and external to NCL. She has worked extensively across the NHS in operational and strategic roles both in London and the East of England. Prior to her operational career Kate was a physiotherapist specialising in critical care.
Rachel Lissauer
Rachel is the Transformation Director for the Health Alliance. Previously, Rachel has worked for North Central London as the Director of Integration and in Director roles across Haringey and Islington. She also has a background in hospital management and policy research. Rachel is also a mum, executive coach and trainee psychotherapist.
Anna Brooke
Anna is the Senior Programme Manager for Mental and Physical Health. Anna’s current works programmes include delivery of an NCL improvement programme for red cell disorders and evaluating pathways in children and young people’s mental health. Prior to her role in NCL HA, Anna worked as a specialist physiotherapist managing a large team of AHPs in orthopaedics at UCLH.
Philippa Tucker
Philippa is the Senior Programme Manager for Innovation, working with members to deliver innovative solutions to pressing issues facing NCL’s healthcare systems. Before joining the Alliance Philippa led on Outpatient transformation at the Royal Free London. She has a background in digital innovation and data analytics, having run her own data analytics company working with pharmaceutical companies, and previously worked as a food and health policy lobbyist in Westminster. She is mum to two teenagers and enjoys Parkrun in her spare time.
Brónach Ferguson
Brónach is a Project Manager for the NCL Health Alliance. Brónach’s current work focuses on the Complex Long Term Conditions Service and clinical networks. Prior to joining the Health Alliance, Brónach worked in the Primary Care team at North West London ICB and at Guy’s and St Thomas, first on the 100,000 Genomes Project and then working to establish the new NHS Genomic Medicine Service for the South East.
Sumaya Isxaaq
Sumaya is a Project Manager for the NCL Health Alliance. Sumaya’s current work includes supporting on the NCL improvement programme for red cell disorders, and delivery of the Complex Long Term Conditions Service. Before joining the Alliance, Sumaya worked as an operations manager in Trauma and Orthopaedics at UCLH, leading on various service improvement projects and managing a large admin team to reduce the surgical waiting list.
Naomi Tonkin
Naomi is the Programme Coordinator for the NCL Health Alliance, providing support across different aspects of the Complex Long Term Conditions Programme including establishing our lived experience network. Previously, Naomi has worked in the pharmaceutical industry and academia in clinical trial data management and recently complete a masters at UCL.
