About us
What we do
We are a health innovation partnership. We focus on the health challenges that have the biggest impact on the people most in need. Our work aims to prevent people from becoming ill, give them quicker access to care and transform the quality of their treatment.
We use data to understand the health and care needs of our communities, and then we discover, source, develop, implement and evaluate health innovations to change lives for the better.
Working as a partnership, we mobilise healthcare professionals, researchers, patients, industry and innovators to tackle the biggest health challenges facing our communities. Our focus is on improving outcomes in cardiovascular health, cancer detection, adolescent mental health, dementia, respiratory disease and vision loss.

Where we work
Our region includes:
- North central London
- North east London
The region we cover is home to some of the most diverse communities in Europe, as reflected in our insights platform. More than a third of our resident Londoners were born outside the UK and nearly half identify as black and minority ethnic.
We work in some of the UK’s most deprived boroughs, where adverse environmental and socioeconomic factors drive poor health. There is measurable inequality in treatment access and health outcomes between and within our communities.
The diversity of our population drives us to ensure the solutions we endorse are tailored to wide range of needs, leaving no-one behind and with relevance to an array of communities across the UK and globally.
