Senior Implementation Manager

Permanent, full time.
We’re looking for 2 senior implementation managers, ideally with experience of delivering and managing innovation, improvement or transformation projects in the NHS.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

The role

The Senior Implementation Manager will be a dynamic manager and leader, driven by improving health and social care to solve the biggest health challenges in our communities.

Senior Implementation Managers work within our Implementation function, which delivers proven interventions across our strategic priority areas. They lead significant implementation projects and hold responsibility for associated stakeholders, project teams and resources.

We are looking for two Senior Implementation Managers. While the roles may evolve over time, in the first year one of these roles will focus on our work around climate and helping to create a Net Zero NHS. The other will focus on at least one of two other priority areas – dementia and vision.

This role is suited to experienced project/programme managers, ideally with experience of delivering and managing innovation, improvement or transformation projects in the NHS or related health and social care services.
