Full time; Permanent
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to work within our Implementation function, delivering proven interventions across our strategic priority areas. You will lead significant implementation projects and hold responsibility for associated stakeholders, project teams and resources.
Salary: £61,800 to £72,100 per annum

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Implementation Manager to drive the delivery of innovation and implementation projects that can improve adolescent mental health across North London and the Essex Coast. The Senior Implementation Manager will be a dynamic manager and leader, driven by improving health and social care to solve the biggest health challenges in our communities.

While the role may evolve over time, in the first year the role will be focussed on improving adolescent mental health, focusing on predictive and early treatment interventions.

This role is suited to experienced project/programme managers, ideally with experience of delivering and managing innovation, improvement or transformation projects in the NHS or related health and social care services.
