Senior Evaluation and Insights Manager

UCLPartners is looking for a Senior Evaluation and Insights Manager to join our ambitious and growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and delivery of high-quality evaluation projects that support health and care teams across our region to understand the impact of new technologies and service redesigns.

We’re looking for an experienced evaluation specialist with a passion for driving evidence-based change. You’ll have:

•            Demonstrable expertise in evaluation design, data analysis, and evidence synthesis.

•            Strong project management skills to deliver multiple, concurrent projects.

•            Excellent communication skills, with experience translating complex data into strategic insights.

•            A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in evaluation practice.
