Senior Evaluation and Insights Manager

Full time, 1 year fixed-term
We are looking for a Senior Evaluation and Insights Manager to support evaluation and learning across our Healthcare System Design portfolio.
Salary: £61,800 - £72,100 per annum

Closing date:
23 January 2025

This role is an outstanding opportunity to have a real impact on health and healthcare by supporting our partnership to evaluate how and why innovative solutions are successful, articulate the impact of our work and identify opportunities where solutions could have a wider impact on the health and care sector.

The Senior Evaluation and Insights Manager will work closely with our academic partners and manage an externally commissioned evaluation of our new flagship programme – AI for UEC that is using AI-guided clinical coaching (AICC) to ease pressures on urgent and emergency care services. Apart from running an external academic evaluation, UCLPartners is utilising Learning Health Systems (LHS) approach to support the implementation across North East London and to enable optimisation of the AICC intervention as we progress. The key aspect of this role will be to further develop and deliver established LHS for the AI for UEC programme and ensure it is aligned and complementary to the Evaluation study.

This role is suited to experienced research managers who have a good understanding of research methodologies, applied knowledge of learning health systems, information governance, ethics frameworks and approvals, and keen interest in supporting adoption and development of innovation, particularly around predictive AI in healthcare.

The role is a 1-year fixed term position, with potential for extension. Secondments will be considered.
