Senior Discovery Manager

The role

The Senior Discovery Manager is an exciting new opportunity at UCLPartners and will play a pivotal role in supporting our early innovation and discovery work. The role will work closely with the Director of Discovery on the development of impact-driven and design-thinking best practices, while building a horizon scanning ability to identify problems for appropriate innovative solutions, which culminates in establishing an early innovation pipeline. This role is suited to programme managers who are driven by improving health and social care through adoption and development of innovation, and have the focus on detail to deliver, as well as the ability to develop networks and build relationships to achieve organisational objectives.
