Primary Care Innovation Project Coordinator

Fixed Term March 2022
We are looking for an exceptional and flexible Project coordinator to join our team to support the delivery of our Primary care innovation programme focussed on Cardiovascular Disease Prevention.
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 based on experience

Person specification

Qualifications/Training:

Desirable: educated to degree level or equivalent vocational qualification(s)

Experience:

  • Experience of supporting several projects at the same time, ideally within the NHS/Public Sector/ Primary care/ Secondary care
  • Experience of managing and running large virtual and face to face events
  • Experience of maintaining/ updating project plans, project reports with directions
  • Experience of communicating with staff at all levels
  • Experience of using a range of Microsoft office applications, including Project, Word, Power point, Excel

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

  • Be highly pro-active and able to work on multiple workstreams at any one time
  • Have problem solving skills and excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
  • Have knowledge of administrative procedures and project management
  • Carry out duties in a way that supports equality and values diversity. This responsibility includes your actions in relation to service users, carers, work colleagues, people in other organisations and members of the public
  • Confident in coordinating online webinars and workshops using various platforms
  • Competent user of Outlook and diary management

Desirable

  • Completed a foundation project management course or equivalent
  • Understand the national long-term plan for CVD Prevention
