The role
This role is a unique combination of a traditional HR role but with creativity, problem solving and a commitment to innovation. UCLPartners is a mission focused organisation, this role will need to build strong internal relationships to support our team and the partnership to do this. The team at UCLPartners is creative, intelligent and hard working and requires the same of its People function.
The People partner will work with Directors of Implementation to delivery on our organisational strategy and will take care and interest in how we do this from our HR system to system level change.
Our approach is entrepreneurial and flexible, so that we can respond to the most pressing needs of our population. Our strength comes from the quality of our team and our ability to convene and draw on the considerable strengths of our academic and healthcare partners, facilitating collaborative working across their organisations to the benefit of our population.
In February 2022, under new leadership, UCLPartners launched a refreshed strategy in close consultation with staff and our partnership. With a new strategic direction, the people function will need to align to this mission. A strong foundation in generalist HR skills is essential for this role but also the role requires someone who can create processes to both support this while maintaining an agile and creative workforce.
