This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, inspirational leader to have large-scale impact for the delivery of healthcare services in North Central London.
The Managing Director will provide the strategic and operational leadership for the NCL Health Alliance as well as being part of the senior leadership team for UCLPartners. They will be responsible for developing, shaping, leading, agreeing and co-ordinating the delivery of the Alliance, strategy and work programme: based on both short-term delivery and medium-term development priorities. As part of this they will be responsible for promoting and leading a culture of continuous improvement and learning working in collaboration with colleagues and teams, within the service and as appropriate across the system for the purposes of improvement. The post holder will manage key relationships and partnership approaches to enable delivery and development.
