The Managing Director works closely with the leaders of the innovation and research designations and commissions and the partner NHS trust CEOs to set a strategy to improve care for the more than 6 million people that access health and care in our partnership. The role requires a precise focus on population level interventions, developing a vision that binds every provider of health and care across the partnership.
