Improvement Project Manager

Full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time (at least 0.8 WTE), 12 months fixed term contract or a secondment
We are looking for two exceptional and flexible Improvement Projects Managers to join our team to drive the delivery of improvement programmes and provide implementation and improvement expertise across the organisation.
Salary: £45-60k pro rata

The role

We are looking for two exceptional and flexible Improvement Projects Manager to join our team to drive the delivery of improvement programmes and provide implementation and improvement expertise across the organisation.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with senior leaders from across health and care in implementing innovations and new ways of working. It is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in working across systems and with a broad range of stakeholders, as part of a supportive and high-performing team.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will work with teams across the organisation including Evaluation and Insights and Patient Insight and Involvement teams to identify and evaluate what matters most to patients, carers and citizens across our partnership and ensuring that this insight is reflected in the improvement approach and priorities of the programme.
