The roles
The Implementation Manager will be a dynamic manager and leader, driven by improving health and social care to solve the biggest health challenges in our communities.
Implementation Managers work within our Implementation function, which delivers proven interventions across our strategic priority areas. They lead specific implementation projects, managing project teams and associated stakeholders.

We are looking for two Implementation Managers. While the roles may evolve over time, in the first year one of these roles will focus on our work around climate and helping to create a Net Zero NHS. The other will focus on one of our other priority areas – CVD.
This role is suited to experienced project/programme managers, ideally with an interest or experience in managing innovation and transformation projects in the NHS or related health and social care services.
