Permanent; Full time
The Director of People will ensure the development of a high-performing team that delivers outstanding strategic and corporate people and human resources services.
Salary: £70,000 to £100,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and strategic direction on all workforce related matters, in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, to ensure the provision of effective HR services at UCLPartners. 

The post holder will partner with the business to deliver HR initiatives and actively participate in the core strategic planning and capability building for the organisation. You will have a collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence a wide range of individuals and teams within the organisation.
