We have a new and exciting leadership role at UCLPartners leading implementation of healthcare innovations. You will work closely with our Chief Implementation Officer, partners, teams and across AHSNs to deliver impact to improve care for patient across our partnership.
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 per annum, pro rata

The role

We have a new and exciting leadership role at UCLPartners leading implementation of healthcare innovations.  You will work closely with our Chief Implementation Officer, partners, teams and across AHSNs to deliver impact to improve care for patient across our partnership.

You will lead highly skilled teams as you collectively support our partners and communities in health innovation implementation.   You will lead and shape delivery through your collaborative leadership style, creativity, operational effectiveness and experience of innovation adoption in complex environments.

The role is an outstanding opportunity to have real impact on health and healthcare in supporting our partnership in transformational innovation adoption.

Initially this role’s programme focus will be adolescent mental health and our climate/ net zero collaborative though flexibility is required according to organisational need and as our portfolio adapts.

The organisation

UCLPartners is an academic health science system. Our role is to accelerate research translation and innovation adoption to improve the health of our population. We are a broad partnership of higher education, research networks and healthcare providers in North East London, North Central London and Mid and South Essex.

Our Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC) oversees the collaborative translation of scientific discovery into patient benefit.  Our Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) supports larger-scale health innovation adoption, working closely with the National AHSN Network.
