Director of Business Development

This is an exciting opportunity to design and establish a new business development function within UCLPartners. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for establishing the tools and approach for income generation, in order to grow the business and accelerate progress towards achieving our strategic objectives.
Working closely with key members of the executive and senior leadership teams, you will lead a programme of work to develop our go-to-market tools; design a market-driven pricing strategy; develop business cases and pitch proposals for new projects; and embed a new business pipeline tracking process.
This role is best suited to individuals who can work well across a number of teams, have a highly proactive approach to find and pursue new growth and partnership opportunities, a willingness to “roll up sleeves”, and exceptional communication and relational skills.
The role is a part-time fixed-term position, covering 2 – 3 days per week for a 12-month period.
