We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and creative senior leader to support strategy development and our internal and external communications. The role will also have direct oversight of corporate services including human resources and finance.
Salary: Remuneration is highly competitive (VSM level)

This is an exciting and highly influential new role that will support the organisation to deliver its 5-year strategy. It is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and creative senior leader to work with a talented team and exceptional partners to support delivery of large-scale impact through health innovation.

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Chief Executive, to whom they will report, supporting strategy development and delivery, internal and external communications, organisational development and governance. They will also have direct oversight of corporate services including human resources and finance, supported by an expert senior team of finance and HR professionals. They will work closely with UCLPartners executive colleagues and support our partnership board and chair.

We are looking for a collaborative individual that values relationships, transparency, team-work, servant leadership and unified organisational purpose.
