- How big is your organisation, practice list size/ number of employees?
- How can technology act as an enabler to your quality improvement needs?
- What is the current method / process for doing this?
- Will technology be helping with one or more of the following: saving money, improving patient outcomes or improving operational efficiencies?
- What roles will be supporting the delivery of this implementation?
- What is the timeline for implementing this solution?
- What impact are you expecting to achieve?
- What are your organisation’s perceived risks/ barriers to successful implementation?
- Is this idea scalable?
