Introduction

This toolkit was created to support primary care networks in digital implementation.

The innovation toolkit supports primary care networks through their digital journey. As we work towards supporting the NHS workforce and improve clinical care through digital transformation we must work to help provide education and improving digital maturity in primary care.

This toolkit will be useful for anyone involved in pathway transformation or innovation implementation.

This toolkit was created by:

  • Dr Nausheen Hameed: Dr. Hameed is a GP partner in North Central London ICS and primary care lead at UCLPartners. She is a GP with a passion for digital innovation and pathway transformation .
  • Dr Mimoza Hoti: Dr. Hoti is a research scientist in genetics by background and currently an Innovation Manager at UCLPartners, supporting the spread and adoption of innovations.

The toolkit was created with input from the Enterprise, Evaluation, Cardiovascular Health and Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement teams within UCLPartners and ORCHA, NHS Digital, Liberal Partners, Health Tech Enterprise, NHS Health Education England, MedCity.
