Rebecca Dubben

Improvement Advisor

Rebecca joined UCLPartners in June 2018 as an Improvement Advisor and is on secondment from the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust.

She is part of the Quality and Capability team and has a main focus on patient safety projects, such as the Emergency Laparotomy Collaborative and COPD discharge bundle network. She provides expertise in quality improvement tools, techniques and methodologies and uses these to support teams to improve patient care.

Rebecca is a qualified nurse with over 10 years’ experience with a background in intensive care and, more recently, leading quality improvement projects.

She has a MSc in Cardio-Respiratory nursing and is a Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR) practitioner.
