Rachel leads the improvement team at UCLPartners which motivates front line teams to inspire, improve and sustain the best possible services for patients. Core activities include quality improvement strategy development, training and clinical programmes, promoting digital solutions to improve services, and our patient insight and involvement and network development functions.
Rachel also leads on national and local patient safety programmes relating to maternity and neonatal care.
Rachel joined UCLPartners in 2013, in the communications team where she specialised in corporate communications. Rachel has considerable experience in the public and private healthcare sector including supporting global communications for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, and has previously been Head of Communications for a successful Foundation Trust.
