Mairead is a clinical pharmacist by background. She is currently working in the Medicines Efficiencies Programme for North London Partners Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP), and has a part-time secondment with UCLPartners to support with the national roll-out of PINCER.
Her role has evolved alongside the development of the programme from engagement and project management to delivering teaching to pharmacists across the region. Through working on PINCER, Mairead has developed a strong interest in the methodology behind quality improvement.
She enjoys the many links and collaborations across organisational boundaries that this project involves and working with teams to evaluate system-level processes in order to improve patient care and working environments.
