Emma is an Improvement Projects Manager for the Quality and Capability team at UCLPartners, where she works with teams to develop capability to lead and deliver improvement work. She is also the digital lead for the team, supporting the implementation of digital solutions, such as Life QI, ImprovIeWell and Care Opinion, for quality improvement.
