UCLPartners appoints Holly McLaren as Commercial Director
Holly McLaren joins UCLPartners on 2 January to support the organisation’s objectives in driving economic growth and speeding up the adoption of innovation in health and care. As Commercial Director, Holly will lead UCLPartners’ commercial strategy and provide support to industry partners seeking to work with the NHS.
Holly joins UCLPartners from Philips Healthcare Transformation Services EMEA, where she has supported business development and innovation internationally. She began her career as a nurse in the NHS before joining the Prison Service as an operational manager. After her MBA she broadened her experience as a consultant across a variety of organisations in the public and private sectors and industry.
UCLPartners ambition is to improve collaboration between industry, academia, health and social care, driving a step-change in the way sustainable healthcare solutions spread quickly and successfully throughout the health sector. Our work will help propel economic growth for a vibrant local economy and ensure the most advanced treatments, technologies and medicines are available to patients.
