Responding to COVID-19: our approach

17 March 2020
Our priority during the current COVID-19 situation is to support our partner organisations and our staff during this challenging period.

To help our partners we will support the release of clinical and non-clinical staff seconded to or employed at UCLPartners to help our health and care partners deal with current pressures in the system.

As part of the AHSN Network we are offering guidance to our partners on digital technologies and approaches that can help to deliver services efficiently while resources are stretched.

To help our NHS partners to respond to the COVID-19 situation we’re sharing guidance, resources and best practice.

We have adopted working from home from March 17 until further notice in accordance with government advice, and are using video and virtual meeting spaces where possible for meetings and training.

Our regular Introduction to Quality Improvement, Human Factors, and Measurement training days for clinicians and non-clinicians have been postponed for the time being. If you have any queries please contact QI@uclpartners.com

Our National Cardiac Audit Programme event in Bristol on Friday 20 March has been postponed. In the meantime we will be making a video of our last NCAP event available on our website.

Our Mental Health event due to take place on March 30 is being rescheduled.

We will provide any relevant updates as necessary during this fast-moving situation.
