Kim Lim becomes Finance Director for UCLPartners

After six months acting as interim Finance Director for UCLPartners, Kim Lim is now a permanent appointment to the Senior Leadership Team. Kim will be leading UCLPartners in achieving our financial plans in income generation and cost saving, as well as optimising performance and strategic positioning.

Prior to joining UCLPartners, Kim played a pivotal role in transforming the financial and operational functions of a Multi-Academy Trust. She is passionate about applying her accounting, management and business partnering skills to help organisations succeed and thrive.

Kim is a Fellow at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Prize Winner in Corporate Finance and Funding from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.  She holds an MPhil degree in Finance from Cambridge University.
