Dr Dominique Allwood appointed as Director of Improvement and Partnerships
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Dominique Allwood as Director of Improvement and Partnerships at UCLPartners.
Dominique joins us today from the Health Foundation where she led work on anchor institutions and the role of the NHS in improving health. At UCLPartners her programme of work will include learning health systems, development of anchor institutions and working with our evolving integrated care systems to drive population health improvement.
An experienced medical leader and a Consultant in Public Health Medicine by background, Dominique holds a Masters degree in Public Health, is a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and has previously undertaken a Darzi Fellowship in Clinical Leadership. She is Associate Editor for BMJ Leader Journal and is currently undertaking an Executive MBA at Henley Business School. She also continues her NHS role as Associate Medical Director at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Dominique brings a wealth of expertise across quality improvement, population health improvement and clinical leadership. I am delighted that she is joining our senior team to help improve population health through close working with partners across our region.
