UCLPartners has partnered with NHS Improvement to find up to six trusts in the region to join a new collaborative programme, aimed at supporting organisations to develop organisational strategies for compassionate and inclusive culture and leadership.
Over an 18-month period from October 2018 to June 2020, the programme will provide practical support to help trusts diagnose their cultural issues, develop collective leadership strategies to address them, and implement any necessary changes.
The collaborative will offer direct teaching, expert and experienced speakers, and action learning, as well as change team coaching to support the teams to grow as cultural couriers within their organisations. The collaborative will enable teams to share their experiences and learn from each other.

We will be holding webinars on Wednesday 17 October or Wednesday 24 October at 10am. The sessions are an opportunity for anyone interested in participating in the Culture and Leadership Collaborative to hear an overview of how the collaborative will work, the content of the programme, and the benefits of taking part. Participants will also be able to ask the team questions about the collaborative and the application process.
