WE-R NHS is a catalogue of health or clinical education and workforce research resources collated on NHSE’s learning hub platform in one place for you to easily access. With topics such as ‘workforce wellbeing’ and ‘innovations in health education’ our catalogue links to articles, case studies, videos and podcasts researched, produced and written by NHS staff for NHS staff from across NHSE education.
We welcome submissions from NHS staff who have undertaken research in health education or workforce related topics to list your research on our WE-R NHS.
By sharing your health/clinical education research and your workforce research you can:
· Share your research with a wider demographic of NHS staff across many disciplines,
· Allow users to find and potentially link with you to talk about developments and research in education and workforce matters,
· Further education and workforce innovation across the NHS workforce.
We have over 300 authors already included on our catalogue and over 160 articles and links for you to read and learn from. We want to hear from you!
Submissions for inclusion open in early January 2024 until early February 2024 but in the meantime, feel free to log in and create your account to look at our resources.
