UCLPartners Care Home Safety Network

The UCLPartners Care Homes Safety Network is part of the National Patient Safety Improvement Programme and will provide a platform to learn and share ideas for improving the range of services Care Homes provide.

About the event

Network events will focus on improvement and safety work, bringing together colleagues from across the system to showcase examples of good practice and interventions that will support and develop care homes in managing deterioration and medicine safety.

The network will be focused on work taking place across North Central and North East London and will include representation from:

  • Care Home Managers & Staff
  • Integrated Care System leaders
  • CCGs
  • Primary care
  • Pharmacists
  • Local authorities

Guest Speaker

We are delighted to welcome Lesley Cruickshank, Quality Innovation Manager from Essex County Council, who has led on the county wide care homes safety improvement programme – PROSPER.

Lesley will be sharing their learning and reflecting on how Quality Improvement methods can be applied in care homes to achieve positive results for residents and staff.
