This webinar aims to explore the new roles coming into primary care with a particular focus on PCN pharmacists and how this new workforce will be supported in these challenging roles.

We will be providing a brief overview of the new Integrated Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation (IPMO) guidance, discuss local workforce development plans and how the training hubs will implement the delivery.

We will also hear from Clinical Directors within the UCLP geography on the challenges they for-see in the pharmacy workforce integration.
