Primary Care Innovation Network meeting
Following on from the success of our first Primary Care Innovation Network meeting last year, we are bringing together those leading on implementing innovation across our region to share success and crowdsource solutions to shared problems.
The focus for this meeting will be on remote monitoring and consultation solutions used in primary care.
Here at UCLPartners, we have been running a similar meeting for our secondary care partners over the last 2 years and have found it a useful way to share real world examples of innovations being implemented in the region and how they can be rapidly translated to neighbouring organisations.
We would be delighted if you or a colleague are able to attend to represent your CCG or PCN at the meeting. It’s a fantastic opportunity to hear about some of the innovation that has been taking place in our region and to share insights and learning.
