London Patient Safety Education Symposium

Jointly hosted by UCLPartners and Health Education England, this symposium will bring patient safety specialists together with simulation practitioners and patient safety educators.

Discussion will be focused on how and why we will implement robust patient safety education in London’s health and social care systems.

We invite representation from all London Healthcare Providers and encourage the attendance of both patient safety specialists and their counterparts in education and simulation centres.
