About the Network
The UCLPartners Care Homes Safety Network is part of the National Patient Safety Improvement Programme and will provide a platform to learn and share ideas to support care homes to improve and deliver outstanding care.
Network events will focus on improvement and safety work, bringing together colleagues from across the system to showcase examples of good practice and interventions that will support and develop care homes in managing deterioration and medicine safety.
The network will be focused on work taking place across North Central, North East London, Mid and South Essex, Herts Valley and West Essex and will include representation from:
- Care home managers & staff
- Integrated Care System leaders
- CCGs
- Primary care
- Pharmacists
- Local authorities
