London Transformation and Learning Collaborative

We have been supporting the London Transformation and Learning Collaborative to create resources and education materials to help with the response to the pandemic.

The London Transformation and Learning Collaborative – Critical Care programme is supporting the cross-skilling of the London NHS workforce to manage existing and future surges in critical care demand.

UCLPartners’ education team is partnered with the LTLC with particular focus on the creation of new cross-skilling resources and curating existing education materials.

For ease of access we’re signposting to some key resources in the guide, including:

  • Just-in-time training for deployed staff
  • Moral injury
  • Rapid cross-skilling and support safe redeployment
  • Understanding the ICU bed space

Just-in-time training for deployed staff

More information

All resources are hosted on a free, open-access portal for healthcare professionals working in or being redeployed to work in critical care. This is a comprehensive, interprofessional programme with resources for educators and learners.

In recognition of the extremely trying situation this winter and that staff are very busy, a subset of key Rapid Access Resources have been presented here for partners to watch on the move, download, share via social media or print and post in departments.
