Salary: £30-£40K pro rata

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional and flexible Project Coordinator to join our team to support the delivery of the Learning Health System programmes.

The Project Coordinator will work as a core part of the Improvement team to support programme delivery through contribution to project management activities, such as organising meetings, report writing, conducting stakeholder interviews, supporting delivery of workshops, producing creative materials to share learning.

The Improvement team at UCLPartners supports teams and organisations across our region to develop the capability and capacity to improve quality of care, patient outcomes and experience, alongside increasing efficiency.

From building the foundations of improvement knowledge, to creating peer-support networks and leading specific programmes to improve the care that patients receive, we help people to do more to increase their positive impact on health and care.

In 2021, the Improvement Team has developed a Learning Health System approach to enable organisations to rapidly make decisions backed by data and evidence to improve how services are delivered and quickly monitor the impact and adjust the approach as necessary.

We provide academic expertise for understanding evidence to date, analysing data, evaluating change and impact, gathering qualitative insights from staff, patients and the public, and rapidly sharing learning in innovative ways.
