Personal Assistant and Team Administrator

UCLPartners is recruiting a highly organised and proactive Team administrator to provide administrative support to two Directors (both part-time), Director of Improvement and Partnerships and Director of Strategy and Partnerships, as well as their team leaders. This role will support them to operate efficiently and effectively across a broad range of activities both internally and externally, be embedded in a wider team of work to set tasks in context, and give scope for personal and professional growth.
The role will be line-managed by the Director of Improvement and Partnerships, with a close working relationship with the project co-ordinator for Learning Health Systems (which is embedded in the Improvement team).
The Directors have a diverse portfolio of work, spanning all divisions of UCLPartners and an extensive external network of stakeholders. Two teams that the post holder will work particularly closely with are the Evaluation and Learning Health System teams, providing administrative support to the team leaders as well as wider project coordination as required.
