About the OneLondon Local Health & Care Record Programme

OneLondon is a collaborative programme consisting of the five integrated care systems (ICSs) across London, three Academic Health Science Networks, the London Ambulance Service, and the Greater London Authority. We work together with Londoners to transform services by joining up information to support safer and more effective care.

Making the right information available to health and care professionals at the right time can save lives and improve care. As well as supporting individual care, shared information can help to provide the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes for our communities and reduce health inequalities.

Our work includes implementation of the London Care Record – a single, shared care record, supporting data for planning, improvement and research, and development of personal health records.

The work of OneLondon is part of a wider ambition for London to be the healthiest global city, and the best global city in which to receive health and care services. You can find out more about OneLondon here –
