We are recruiting for an Education and Workforce Fellow to develop and deliver education programmes, many with a focus on workforce innovation, research capability and new technology.
Salary: £40-£55,000

The Education and Workforce Fellow will work across teams within UCLPartners to develop and deliver education programmes, many with a focus on workforce innovation, research capability and new technology. You will work with organisations across UCLPartners: healthcare providers, higher education institutes, innovation partners and Health Education England. Your work will often be delivered in partnership with the North Thames Clinical Research Network, the North Thames Applied Research Collaborative and similar networks

You will need a clinical background and as an educator, have an appreciation of different educational theories and methodologies. You embrace the new technologies being developed within education and can support others to develop high quality of educational content.

You will be helped in your work by understanding the healthcare education environment. We have a strong emphasis on multi-professional and inter-professional learning and we expect you to have both experience and values reflecting this.

Job Details

The Education and Workforce Fellow will report into UCLPartners Education Programme Manager and work closely with all of our education initiatives. The role can be considered in a part time or full time capacity (0.5WTE to 1WTE). The remuneration for this post at £40-55k pa depending on skills and experience and can be offered as either secondment or a fixed term contract.
As the partners are geographically dispersed, the candidate will be required to travel.

The role is based at our UCLPartners office at Tottenham Court Road with some flexibility of working from home.
