Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Project Manager

One year fixed term

We are looking for an exceptional and flexible Project Manager to join our team to support the delivery of the current AF programme and prepare to support delivery of our population health programmes in Cardiovascular disease and mental health as they launch in April 2020.

Salary: £40k-£45k

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about improving the health of the local population with a flexible approach to working on projects as needed by organisational need.
