Charlotte Williams is Chief of Staff for UCLPartners. In this role she supports the development of UCLPartners to achieve its broader strategic aims: to secure an international profile for excellence in research, innovation and health improvement, as well as truly mobilising the translational pathway for the benefit of local people.
Charlotte has held senior operational roles in hospitals for over 10 years, including at executive team level, in London, the east of England and the south east. She has significant experience of change in health services, acute commissioning and developing user engagement in design and planning.
Charlotte has a Masters in Health Services Management and experience of public health and acute commissioning, having undertaken postgraduate study in the UK and New Zealand. She also holds a Masters in Biochemistry from Oxford.
